Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release

Muscles, bones and soft tissues are held together by a big web of connective tissue called fascia. Fascia can get adhered and dehydrated, using myofascial release techniques, these layers are warmed, melted, stretched and released. By using techniques derived from Rolfing (a technique developed by Ida Rolf to improve structural balance), myofascial stretching and skin rolling may contribute to reduce adhesions and scar tissue. When the fascia is released, the circulation of fluid and movement will be improved.
