Lynn Hall – Founder
I have always had a keen interest in human anatomy, physiology and complementary therapy, training as an ITEC holistic masseuse 13 years ago. Since then I have gone on to working in the sports industry as a Dance, Pilates and Fitness instructor so am very aware of how important it is to have regular bodywork to keep your body in peak condition and injury free.
I studied at the world-renowned Jing Institute in Brighton completing the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Certificate, as well as the Hot Stone Fusion qualification. These courses have given me new knowledge and techniques allowing me to successfully treat a wide range of chronic pain conditions as well as providing a relaxing treatment.
Further to my advanced course, I have also undertaken more courses outside of Jing to expand my expertise; these include Dry Needling (Bernard Nolan Acupuncture Courses), Kinesiology Taping (Rock Tape/John Gibbons). These courses have complimented my treatments greatly and have allowed me more scope to help treat pain and movement issues.
Charlotte Rodwell – Soft Tissue Therapist
Originally having spent my initial career in the hospitality industry, I decided at 28 I wanted to embark into a new industry and profession. I studied Sports Coaching, Fitness and Rehabilitation at Oxford Brookes University. This was followed by a top up year studying Sports Performance at the world-renowned Hartpury University – graduating in May 2021 with a 2:1.
To further my knowledge I qualified as a Soft Tissue Sports Massage Therapist with OSSM in 2021 and been fortunate enough to apply my new skill set working with the Oxford Rugby Club during training and match days.
I look forward to using my wide skill set to help and support people from all walks of life (both sporting and non-sporting) – helping them enjoy a rich, healthy pain free life.
